Where do you ship from?

Every WanderingSquirrel shirt is printed and shipped right here in the US.

No overseas warehouses, no mystery ocean voyages.

Your order goes from a US print facility directly to your door — which means faster delivery and no customs surprises.
Why hasn't my tracking updated yet?

Totally normal. Your order spends 5-7 business days in production before it ships — during that time your tracking number exists but won't show movement.

Once it leaves the facility you'll see updates.

If it's been more than 10 business days with zero activity, reach out and we'll look into it.
Will the print crack or fade?

Not if you treat it right.

Our prints are direct-to-garment, which means the ink bonds with the fabric rather than sitting on top of it.

Wash inside out, cold water, skip the dryer when you can — and your shirt will outlast most of your trail shoes.

Are these printed on demand?

Yes, and we're upfront about it.

Every shirt is made when you order it — no giant warehouses, no overproduction, no unsold shirts sitting in a landfill.

It's better for the planet and it means every order is made fresh.

The tradeoff is a slightly longer production window, which is why we're honest about timelines upfront.
Do you offer expedited shipping?

We don't offer expedited options at the moment — production time is what it is, and rushing that part isn't something we control.

What we can tell you is that once your shirt ships, it moves fast.

Plan ahead for gifts and trips — the trail will still be there when it arrives.
Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the US only.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast on this one — once your order goes into production, we can't stop it.
